Check Step by Step Procedure to Convert NSF File

Step 1: Download, install, and run NSF Converter.
Click on "Open" button to browse NSF files.
You can choose single or multiple NSF files.

Step 2: Check preview of Lotus Notes NSF file.

Step 3: Click on "Export" button and choose PST as export option.
Browse destination path to save converted file on desired location

Step 4: Choose split option if required.
Split PST: Split resultant PST file by size.
Message Filtering: This option allows to split resultant file by Date.

Step 5: Click on the "Convert Now" to convert NSF to PST file format.

Step 6: Click on "Office 365" button from menu to import NSF into Office 365 account.

Step 7: Enter Office 365 credentials and click on "Connect & Import Now" button to start migration.

Step 8: Click on "Office 365" button from menu to import NSF into Exchange Server account.

Step 9: Enter Exchange server credentials and click on "Connect & Import Now" button to start migration.

Step 10: Click on the "Gmail" button from menu to import NSF into the Gmail account.
Enter Gmail credentials and click on the "Connect to Server" button.

Step 11: Filter messages using Message filtering option if required.
Click on the "Start Processing" button to import NSF to the Gmail account.
